Abrahamic Family House: 周边有什么、如何前往、何时最合适 · 2026年
Residents on Saadiyat Island walk between an active mosque, church, and synagogue on a single shared plaza, making quiet communal coexistence an ordinary part of daily life rather than an occasional civic event.
The interfaith complex brings distinct Abrahamic traditions together on Saadiyat Island across a shared communal plaza.
The complex stands on Saadiyat Island as an initiative for mutual tolerance, uniting St. Francis Church, Imam Al-Tayeb Mosque, and Moses Ben Maimon Synagogue within individual structures. Its design draws directly from the Document on Human Fraternity, endorsed jointly by Pope Francis for the Catholic Church and Grand Imam Ahmed El-Tayeb for al-Azhar. Planners configured the individual sanctuaries around an open communal pavilion.
