Corporate insurance architecture transformed the Flatiron skyline through monumental office expansions across entire city blocks.

The skyscraper occupies an entire block in the Flatiron District of Manhattan facing Madison Square Park. Structured with a prominent corner tower and an adjoining east wing, the South Building joined with the North Building across the street to form a massive administrative headquarters. The complex housed extensive clerical and records teams following the company relocation from earlier offices in Lower Manhattan.
