Hudson Yards anchors the Far West Side with a purpose-built urban development.

Hudson Yards defines a real estate development and neighborhood situated on the Far West Side of Midtown Manhattan. For people basing themselves nearby, the district operates around newly built commercial towers and dense transport links, creating an active environment shaped entirely by modern planning rather than historic brownstones.

Transit access centres on the 34th Street–Hudson Yards subway station, which connects the development directly to Midtown and the rest of New York City. Daily routines in the area involve dealing with heavy pedestrian traffic around commercial lobbies and ongoing construction zones that continually adjust pedestrian pathways.
