Stone perimeter walls join a dense Kei apple hedge along Molteno Road to enclose the Victorian grounds.

An iron bandstand relocated from the Green Point exhibition grounds anchors the lawn alongside a Victorian fountain fed by an active artesian well that supplies water downhill.
