Dear Members of the Selection Committee, My name is Suttibaev Marat and I am a third-year student in Auezov South Kazakhstan University at the faculty of Philology. My specialty is teacher and translator of foreign languages: two foreign languages that are English and Korean. I am elated to seize this unique opportunity which will expand my valid education and build new chances for my future career. I am incredibly interested in going to America because of its multicultural environment, wide range of services to find a job and friendly society. As I always planned to spend some time abroad during my studies, I started to investigate “Work and travel” programme from my university time. I am eager to get insight into American culture, learn new perspectives, get experienced and exchange ideas with different people all over the world whom I will meet there. The reason is it is important for me to understand cross-cultural differences and improve international communicative skills. Therefore, I passed exam to enter South Kazakhstan University from my hometown Tashkent in Uzbekistan . Now, it is my aim to go abroad, exactly to America. I am sure that I will get the best experiences as I am foreign student here and have such a life of foreigner. However, going to America by this programme is another degree of exchanging thoughts and changing mindset as well as for me and future generation that I will teach and lead to be open to the world. Therefore, I participate constructively in all the studies and meetings with foreigners in Kazakhstan. This is the second reason that motivates me and helps to keep my eyes on this opportunity. As I am following this programme, I know that I can trust you entirely for all the process and even results of your work. I know that you do your best from the contacting with candidates till their coming back to the country. You give teaching lessons, stay connected with both sides candidates and employers during all the period. You do the arrangements and help applicants during all the stages of accomplishment of it. Therefore, over 4,000 people believe you and can rely on you to be with you in the pass of becoming practiced during 10 years from the foundation day. I am confident to have an excellent command of English-speaking people which would enable me to get on well and adjust easily. As my first experience as a foreign student was back in the autumn of 2019, I can admit that I am sociable, hard-working, reliable, self-assured, and open-minded. Such characters of my nature helped and still does to become the best of me no matter where I am. I can get on well with easy in new environment and make a lot of friends not only where I live but also with foreigners both in online and face-to-face meetings. It would be a pleasure and an honour to represent my home university and my country during three months at the America. I hope using this chance to go abroad and exchange with culture. I am sure that I will stay connected with people from America even my back to the country that will help to increase multicultural connection of our country. There are many people who come to the America from all over the world and staying in connection with them will enable me to open my own center that will help our future generation go to work or study not only to America but also to other countries constantly. I briefly believe that with me ambitious and experiences right from the day I go to America I can stir to action and help others to apply and become successful in what they want and do. Moreover, I will be able to implement new ideas and suggestions for the commercial and qualitative development of our country and I will show all the best sides, features of our country that exactly will empower our country to be a developed country.
