London Victoria operates as a pivotal terminal complex that ties southern railway corridors to central transit lines.

London Victoria functions as a major dual terminus in Westminster under the management of Network Rail. Mainline services link directly to Gatwick Airport, Brighton, and channel ports such as Dover, providing critical rail corridors for commuters across southern England.

Below the rail concourse, the London Underground station connects passengers across the Circle, District, and Victoria lines. Local buses operate from the front forecourt, while the adjacent coach station handles long-distance national and international departures.

Originally formed as separate operations on the site of a canal basin, the terminal required crossing the Thames via Grosvenor Bridge. Today, rail operators including Southern, Southeastern, and Gatwick Express maintain intensive scheduled services through the hub.
