Casa Lleó Morera anchors the corner of the Illa de la Discòrdia.

Francesca Morera commissioned architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner to remodel the older Casa Rocamora on Passeig de Gràcia. Following her death, the property took the name of her son, Albert Lleó i Morera. The municipal council granted the structure the Arts Building Annual Award. The completed renovation established Domènech i Montaner alongside contemporary Catalan masters reshaping the central blocks of Eixample.

Standing at the junction with Carrer del Consell de Cent, the house forms an anchor of the Illa de la Discòrdia. It remains the solitary property on that competitive block to secure the municipal arts prize. Subsequent remodeling stripped several signature exterior features, dismantling the rooftop tempietto and the ground-floor sculptures. Cuban-Catalan photographer Pau Audouard also maintained his studio residence within the building.
