It remains the solitary property on that competitive block to secure the municipal arts prize. Subsequent remodeling stripped several signature exterior features, dismantling the rooftop tempietto and the ground-floor sculptures. Cuban-Catalan photographer Pau Audouard also maintained his studio residence within the building.
