À propos du lieu

The residential skyscraper along Sheikh Zayed Road set early global records for high-rise living.

The residential skyscraper was constructed along Sheikh Zayed Road to provide dense vertical housing in Dubai. Following completion, the tower claimed the global title for the tallest residential structure in the world. The project demonstrated the scale of residential high-rise engineering across the central avenue. Its prominent position along the highway established the building among the primary residential addresses.

International developments eventually surpassed the height of the tower. The Eureka Tower in Melbourne and another residential high-rise on the Australian Gold Coast claimed the top global rankings. Despite losing the record title, the skyscraper continues operating as a dedicated residential community along the Sheikh Zayed Road transit corridor.
