À propos du lieu

Nation Towers defines the southern end of the Corniche with twin skyscraper forms designed through an international architectural competition.

The development stands near the southern terminus of the Corniche, commissioned by International Capital Trading as the project owner. WZMH Architects created the design after winning an international selection process. KEO International Consultants supervised engineering and construction oversight across the build, shaping the coastal skyline with connected high-rise structures.

Contractors Arabtec Construction and National Projects and Construction executed the building work under a joint venture. Long-term arrivals quickly discover that life around the towers means relying on vehicle routes along the waterfront rather than pedestrian pathways. Commercial podiums house daily services, keeping tenants shielded from coastal heat while limiting spontaneous street-level interaction.
