Carte des lieux
À propos du lieu

Torre PwC anchors Madrid's northern skyline as an executive skyscraper engineered with aerodynamic glass curves.

Designed by Carlos Rubio Carvajal and Enrique Álvarez-Sala Walter, the skyscraper rose under builder Sacyr Sau in the Cuatro Torres Business Area. Originally named Torre Sacyr Vallehermoso, the tower occupies an elevated northern sector of the city. Its curved triangular footprint and aerodynamic window arrangement deflect strong crosswinds while fissures admit natural light into the core.

Workers arriving for long assignments encounter a complex enclosed by an exterior glass envelope arranged in overlapping scales. Unlike neighboring corporate towers, this structure generates autonomous electrical power through rooftop wind turbines. Upper levels house mechanical equipment and operational facilities, while lower segments provide corporate office workspace alongside hospitality services.
