Məkan haqqında

The national fine arts academy trains painters and sculptors across historic studios and workshop facilities.

The institution originated as the royal academy of painting and sculpture, educating artists through anonymous competitions that led to the French Academy in Rome. Successful candidates submitted reception pieces such as Jacques-Louis David's depiction of Hector, while academic salons built collections of architectural drawings, historical sketches, and engraved prints that later became public study resources.
