About the place

A continuous green crescent borders the eastern side of central Yerevan, linking southern church grounds to northern city avenues.

The park wraps around the downtown core along Isahakyan, Moskovian, Alex Manoogian, and Khanjyan streets. Beginning at the Cathedral of Saint Gregory in the south, the promenade curves northward until it reaches Poplavok lake by Mashtots Avenue. Residents use this unbroken ribbon of trees to walk across central districts without navigating car lanes.
