关于此地
A post-modern concrete skyscraper defined entirely by its street address.
The high-rise represents post-modern corporate architecture in downtown Chicago. Engineered with a structural frame of reinforced concrete, the skyscraper once held the global title for the tallest building erected from that material. The tower continues to rank among the loftiest office properties in both the city and the nation, drawing commercial tenants who operate within the central business district.

Unlike many prominent skyscrapers, the property carries no corporate namesake and relies entirely on its street coordinates for identification. The tower held the distinction of being the tallest building in the world known solely by its street address before a residential tower in New York overtook that mark. Workers and couriers identify the destination strictly by location rather than a commercial brand on the skyline.
