Tour Incity stands as the tallest tower in Lyon, anchoring the commercial core of the Part-Dieu district.

Tour Incity dominates the Part-Dieu skyline as the premier commercial skyscraper of the business district. Designed by architects Denis Valode and Albert Constantin, the structure replaced a long-vacant corporate tower. The design team adjusted the upper facade so the silhouette appears symmetrical from vantage points across the metropolitan area. It holds environmental certification for high ecological standards in an urban centre.
