Sobre o local

Grünwalder Stadion stands as a traditional football ground hosting Munich senior and youth squads.

The ground on Grünwalder Straße was constructed in the opening decades of the previous century and anchored Munich football for generations. Both major city clubs shared the municipal turf across long eras before Bayern departed for the new Olympiastadion. While modern arena developments pulled away primary top-tier fixtures, the venue kept its role as the shared base for reserve rosters and developing junior academy squads.
