O miejscu

Waterfront attractions define the river rim while residential neighborhoods spread peacefully inland.

The settlement fronts the massive Horseshoe Falls along the southern rim of the gorge. Queen Victoria Park lines the Canadian shore with manicured gardens and cliffside platforms looking across toward the American cataracts. Underground tunnels at Journey Behind the Falls descend beside the plunging water, while high-powered floodlights illuminate the spray for several hours after dusk every evening.

Beyond the immediate riverbank, daily life separates sharply from the tourist core. The Skylon Tower observation deck provides clear sightlines stretching toward Toronto, while the Whirlpool Aero Car suspends passengers directly over the gorge rapids. Major gaming complexes including Casino Niagara dominate the skyline, creating seasonal road congestion that long-term residents navigate around daily.

Wycieczka do Chin

Hej! Witaj, Chinach! Witajcie, chińskie autobusy! Miło was widzieć, chińscy przewodnicy! Przez internet kupiłem 3 bilety na 3-dniową wycieczkę: „New York, 1000 Islands, Niagara Falls, Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York”.

I teraz mieszka niedaleko Waszyngtonu i próbuje przypomnieć sobie język rosyjski.
