Commercial redevelopment defined the modern perimeter of Times Square.

The commercial high-rise stands along Broadway in Midtown Manhattan. Developed by the Durst Organization and designed by the architectural firm Fox and Fowle, the tower shares its city block with the Bank of America Tower. The structure incorporated early sustainable construction methods permitted under local municipal guidelines.
