The Mykolaiv Port Elevator anchors the commercial harbor with massive grain storage silos and dedicated maritime loading galleries.

The complex stands inside the sea commercial port as a major grain handling terminal. Engineers replaced early mechanical gears with electric systems and installed elevated conveyor galleries to feed berthed steamships directly from the quayside. Multiple dedicated railway tracks link the storage towers to the national freight network, allowing continuous transfers between freight trains and cargo vessels.
