The skyscraper combines private luxury residences with hotel accommodations in Tribeca.

Silverstein Properties developed the tower on Church Street after acquiring the former headquarters of Moody's Corporation. Architect Robert A. M. Stern designed the building to house both hotel accommodations and private condominiums under one roof. Construction management by Tishman Construction and financing from The Children's Investment Fund brought the stone-clad structure to completion in Lower Manhattan.
