The commercial complex combines a municipal parking garage owned by the city with an office high-rise erected upon overhead air rights. Designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, the structure incorporates the elevated Knight Center transit stop, allowing passengers to enter directly from the rail platform. A glass-enclosed pedestrian skywalk connects the site to the adjacent James L. Knight Center for convention access.

Inside, a pedestrian retail corridor lined with green marble leads toward an elevated skylobby decorated with marble, gold finishes, and an outdoor garden terrace. Uneven settling of the foundation during initial construction threw the elevator rails out of alignment, delaying the debut of the CenTrust Bank headquarters. Elaborate multi-tiered exterior lighting systems illuminate the facade for athletic and civic events.
