What about Las Vegas and Los Angeles? They are completely different, distinct, and in no way inferior to each other—they are mysteries. One could describe the feelings experienced during our trip endlessly! We stayed in some of the best hotels in Vegas and enjoyed everything that was happening. Since I was 20 at the time of my incredible trip, I'll say right away: if you are under 21, you can check into hotels thanks to friends, but they won't help you beyond that. Clubs and even pools are closed to you. One day we were staying at the Flamingo hotel and rushed to get a tan by the beautiful pool, but we were refused, being told that the pool is for 21+ only. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't visit it before you're 21. Vegas is a city of entertainment. On the ground floor of every hotel, there is a casino; along the entire main street, the Strip, there are speakers playing the same music for the whole street; and at every step, there are special misters installed, and they even work at night because Vegas is a very hot city! All around are lights and hundreds of people with bizarre long cocktail glasses, dressed up and ready for fun, a multitude of bars and clubs bursting with debauchery; everywhere you can meet all sorts of strange people who are just itching to offer entertainment in this dirty, yet so beautiful city.
