Σχετικά με τον προορισμό

Commercial tenants operate across massive floorplates anchored directly above a working rail depot.

The skyscraper stands on the West Side of Midtown Manhattan near Chelsea and Hell's Kitchen. Engineers erected the tower over an active passenger rail yard by securing a heavy platform into the underlying Manhattan schist bedrock. This platform design preserves underground clearance for the Gateway rail tunnel while supporting corporate headquarters, broadcast television studios, and financial firms overhead.

Tenants share the supertall building with an open-air observation deck that draws regular tourist crowds to the upper levels. Working in the tower means navigating crowded transit hubs around Penn Station and relying on high-speed corporate elevators to move between office condominium floors, retail spaces, and television production facilities during peak morning commutes.
