Məkan haqqında

International commerce defines daily operations across the district, where trade halls operate alongside corporate headquarters in a dedicated free zone.

The complex began as Sheikh Rashid Tower, an office high-rise designed by John R. Harris and Partners that Queen Elizabeth inaugurated. Subsequent expansions transformed the original tower into an extensive convention and exhibition centre. Air-conditioned concourses link the display halls to the Convention Tower and on-site hotels, allowing business attendees to move between conferences, meetings, and lodgings without going outdoors.

Designated as a free zone under its own administrative authority, the district functions as an independent commercial ecosystem. Commercial development phases within the district introduced corporate office complexes, dining venues, and retail premises alongside the event facilities. DWTC also oversees the Dubai Exhibition Centre at the Expo site, anchoring major international conventions while tenants manage business operations on site.
