Togo, officially the Togolese Republic, is a country located in West Africa. It is bordered by Ghana to the west, Benin to the east and Burkina Faso to the north.
FCDO now advises against all travel to within 30km of the border with Burkina Faso except for the city of Dapaong and the N1 highway leading to it from the south and FCDO now advises against all but essential travel to the rest of the Savanes Region (‘Warnings and insurance’ page).
