Professionals base their routine around the Maarif intersection, trading constant traffic along Zerktouni Boulevard for walking access to central office towers and retail.
关于此地
The skyscraper complex anchors commercial business in the central Maarif district.
The complex comprises the West Tower and the East Tower, designed by main architect Ricardo Bofill alongside Moroccan associate architect Elie Mouyal. Inside, the property combines corporate office suites, retail shopping galleries, and hotel accommodations. Long-term tenants rely on this concentration of commercial space for professional meetings, retail services, and hospitality without leaving the central complex.

The towers stand at the junction where Zerktouni Boulevard meets Boulevard Al Massira Al Khadra in the Maarif neighborhood. Heavy traffic concentrates at this intersection during weekday rush hours, causing persistent vehicle gridlock. Working residents navigate crowded sidewalks outside the perimeter, but benefit from walking access to the surrounding district shopping streets and commercial services.
