CITIC Plaza anchors business routines in Tianhe District, where office tenants balance packed platforms at Linhe West Station against immediate transit connections across the city.
关于此地
CITIC Plaza stands as an office skyscraper anchoring commercial transit in Tianhe District.
CITIC Plaza stands in Tianhe District as an office skyscraper built from structural concrete, topped by antenna-like spires. The tower held global standing as the tallest concrete high-rise in the world prior to later developments in Chicago, and it long led skyscraper heights across China. The building remains among the prominent tall structures in Asia and houses corporate offices throughout its central district.

Direct transit connectivity defines daily movement around the complex. Commuters access the tower through Linhe West Station, which links directly to the Guangzhou Metro network and the Zhujiang New Town Automated People Mover System. Long-term workers rely on these rail connections to navigate Tianhe District, though peak-hour passenger surges through underground transfer corridors present a persistent logistical hurdle.
