Dastlabki ikki hafta davomida men uy-joy va ish masalalarini hal qildim. Ogunquit – sayyohlik shahri, shuning uchun ko‘chmas mulk va uning ijarasi yozgi mavsumda hozirgi kurs bo‘yicha juda qimmat. Agar siz bu haqda oldindan qayg‘urmagan bo‘lsangiz, yagona variant – sizga uy-joy taqdim etadigan ish topish edi. Muammo shundaki, bu narsalar bir-biriga bevosita bog‘liq va siz u yerda ishlaganingizdagina yashashingiz mumkin. I chose to go by my own to get deeper in to entire American culture to feel the whole experience living in US. I avoided Russian people, trying to communicate only with local ones. It was very helpful to learn language as well, so at this point I think that the best way to talk about US is to talk in English. In the first part of a day I helped two gay guys in the small bed and breakfast inn called Trellis house. Owners are Laurence and Glen. Laurence activity was connected to staffing, human resources and recruitment; he worked in Warner Bros., The Walt Disney Company, and Digital Domain in LA; and then 10 years as Vice President of Global Employment at Nuance Communications, a speech recognition software company in Boston. Glen directed Theater at Campbell Hall, a private K-12 school in Studio City, California. So as I figured out their previous work was full of stress, and now despite being engaged in this business with full-time availability, they enjoyed spending summer doing there job in the best way and making people happy. On there website it’s written that they have put their heart into renovating and thoughtfully handling Trellis house and it’s very true. Space of their inn is smart organized, they renewed design, let the fresh sea breeze into old-fashioned stuffy rooms. They gave new life to old things by restoration, beautiful colorful painting and patterns of textile. As for me it was the first place I’ve ever seen where something white was really white for long, plates, cups, towels, blankets, garden furniture – everything were shinning with whiteness and cleanness. So actually helping them about the house was delightful for me, I didn’t feel this job like routine, it was so naturally and it seemed like I was at home. Laurence loves cooking so breakfast was the way he could express himself while creating. He has great taste of everything including food and the point that he was cared about guests preferences made the breakfast important part of their experience staying at the Trellis house. Ones I’ve heard in the breakfast room about his cooking, what every food with his love in this harmonic atmosphere is the best they ever tried. Even people that didn’t want to have their breakfast or any special dish were like: «I am an allergic to grapefruits.. Well, actually I just don’t like them.. But your grapefruit Brule look so gorgeous; can I try just a little? Oh, and what about the whole thing?» And then of course they joined the second course.. Laurence was inspired by people and nature around, so he grown some bunches of blueberries, and made with them traditional Main breakfast with blueberry pancakes and sausages. Many guests were asking to share recipes and according to their advices now he is thinking about publishing his own cookbook. As well important part of my job was turning down service, it was about drawing curtains, leaving sweets and flowers in rooms before night. Laurence baked by himself and let me making some cakes as well. It was a great lesson and he showed me my usual mistake about creating pastry by telling that the main point of baking is that it is an exact thing so you just have to follow the recipe directly. They had a thought about Ogunquit that it is the place where sea meets garden, so I were very grateful to take part in gardening and making flower arrangements as well. It was my way of coloring world, creating, expressing and finding balance at the same time. As Laurence is a great teacher about external world, Glen helped me with finding harmony inside and figuring out

Qayerda biz yo'q

Let's get acquainted? My name is Alua, I am only 19 years old, for such a short but fascinating life, for the first time I am taking such an unexplored step into a country unknown to me. I am the eldest child in the family, maybe with this sentence I will be able to describe my decision that has been considered for months. To be more precise, I was such a responsible, restrained and calm child, and I have remained so. I think this influenced this outcome of events. I caught fire with the goal instantly, but I made a firm and steady step towards the dream relatively recently, which I am very grateful to myself and my parents. Summer in Kazakhstan goes according to one scenario — fun, but unproductive no matter how hard you try. It seems to me that Work and travel is a mandatory part of student life and a huge opportunity that should not be missed. This is an invaluable experience that you can't get anywhere else. Probably every young person wants to work abroad, because it gives so many opportunities. Firstly, you can learn a foreign language, and up to a very good level. Secondly, there is an opportunity to learn the customs and traditions of the country, just to see how the local people live. Thirdly, during work, new great friends from all over the world are usually made, you can have fun in pleasant company. And finally, this is a great opportunity to earn decent money that will allow you to fully or partially solve your teenage financial problems. So, as you can see, there are a lot of advantages of working abroad. And most importantly, this time, in the future, according to the stories of those who have worked abroad, is remembered as one of the best in life. I learned about this student exchange program from my cousin, who a few years ago, in her student years, just like I am now, dreamed of such an opportunity, which, despite all the difficulties encountered, was able to snatch her jackpot and was able to visit the country of fulfillment of her desires. The advantages of this program are that the student is given several months to work, and then he will be able to travel around the country for up to a month. Isn't this happiness? “Travelling – it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.” – Ibn Battuta. I have a great desire to explore life through traveling and learning new things. It excites me when I visit new places, learn about different cultures and see how other people live a life different from mine. I just love traveling because it helps me understand that the world is so beautiful, that there is so much to admire and cherish. It's also the feeling you get when you explore new ideas, stories, beliefs, and scenarios. This not only expands your knowledge, but also helps you overcome the challenges you face. I experience life's challenges and pleasures, and I get out of my personal bubble to become a better person by exploring new cultures. Traveling is my passion because it's something I won't be afraid to pursue. A person learns more and more about himself, and every time he travels, he expands his horizons. Travelling helps us to know more about different lifestyles, cultures, cuisines and festivals. Visiting new sights and exploring new places increases our knowledge and widens our global perspective. We get to learn so many things about different cultures and customs. It makes us open minded and gives us a new viewpoint about life and it also changes some of our bad habits. Our vision enlarges as we travel and we start thinking out of the box. USA. It is faraway country, on the other side of the world. It is country of contrasts and great opportunities. There are a number of time zones and two oceans, the Pacific and the Atlantic, between us. And what attracts me to it? The US is state with rich cultural heritage and fascinating history. It has passed a long way of formation and has earned respect from other countries. America gave the world a lot of great people, such as Abraham Lincoln, Jame
