Architectural practice Atkins designed the twin-tower commercial complex with integrated wind turbines suspended along connecting skybridges. Danish engineering firm Norwin A/S developed, built, and installed the turbine units. The project secured the international LEAF Award for Best Use of Technology within a Large Scheme alongside regional honors for sustainable design from the Arab Construction World.
