Standing over Lingya District, the skyscraper defines the southern skyline of the port.

Constructed by the defunct Tuntex Group and formerly designated as the T & C Tower, the high-rise stands as the tallest structure in Kaohsiung. The silhouette features a prominent pinnacle antenna visible across the harbour. Nationwide, only the capital flagship tower exceeds its total elevation above the urban basin.
