St Paul's Pro-Cathedral anchors the Anglican diocese in Independence Square.

The building carries the formal title of The Pro-Cathedral and Collegiate Church of Saint Paul. The pro-cathedral holds cathedral status without functioning as the main episcopal see. The church shares jurisdiction within the Anglican Diocese of Gibraltar in Europe alongside sister cathedrals. Residents and parish members gather inside the collegiate grounds for regular Anglican services.
