À propos du lieu

Allianz Parque anchors Água Branca as the home arena of Palmeiras and a primary stage for global stadium tours.

Built over the historic Palestra Itália grounds in Água Branca, the arena operates as the permanent home of Palmeiras while hosting major concert tours. The venue meets FIFA tournament criteria and functions as an integrated entertainment complex rather than a standalone pitch. Residents around the stadium encounter heavy pedestrian traffic and restricted vehicular access on match days and performance nights.

Commercial operations follow a long-term concession between Palmeiras and the WTorre group. The private manager assumes all stadium overheads including pitch maintenance, utilities, cleaning, and security, while Palmeiras retains full match ticket income. Entertainment management firm AEG directs non-sporting events, and specialized hospitality teams run dedicated kitchens, kiosks, and corporate lounges across the facility.
