Aqua: τι υπάρχει τριγύρω, πώς να φτάσετε και πότε να πάτε · 2026

Tenants around Aqua organize everyday commutes around severe waterfront winds, relying on enclosed walkways instead of open pedestrian routes during long winter assignments.

Aqua designates an urban catalog entry rooted in the Latin term for water.

The entry takes its name from the Latin noun for water. English terminology uses this root primarily to describe aquatic life, hydrologic systems, and fluid environments. In practical reference contexts, the term identifies specific municipal sites and geographic entries. Visitors researching the name encounter multiple distinct applications across standard indexes, requiring precise cataloging for municipal travel.

Administrative records assign an expansive spatial measurement to this site profile. International travel planning depends on strict jurisdictional requirements, as the database documents limited visa-free access across partner passports. Long-term relocation demands early document verification through official consular channels rather than informal tourist assumptions. Extended stays require structured transit routines.

Las Vegas. Part 2.

Day three. On the third day, I headed to the Mandalay Bay hotel, which houses the Shark Reef aquarium and was also hosting the Sea Monsters Revealed exhibition of various underwater creatures. As I mentioned before, all hotels are unique in their own way, specifically in their styles, but beyond that, they try to stand out with things like exhibitions, performances, bonuses, etc., because they need to attract as many people as possible, and maybe even get them into the casino. Admission to the aquarium cost $20 + $5 for the exhibition ticket. The aquarium featured various animals of the underwater world: an octopus, crocodiles, fish, rays, and the main highlight was a huge hall designed like a sunken ship, surrounded by sharks of different species. The exhibition consists of several halls with exhibits in the form of remains of ancient underwater monsters. To be honest, it's actually quite creepy. Just imagining all these... little fish... in real life... I love large aquariums and oceanariums, so I recommend that you all visit this one too if you are in Vegas. I'm sure you won't regret it. By the way, I didn't mention that even before the trip here, I realized I got a bit lucky; specifically, I saw a post on Facebook that Kelsey and Matt—the very people whose wedding I attended last year—were also going to Vegas on the same day as me. Let me remind you that after the wedding, they left for Australia on a one-year trainee program. In the spring of 2016, they started having some problems; specifically, if I'm not mistaken, Kelsey lost her passport and they couldn't get it replaced for a long time. Eventually, they had to return to their homeland. And they went straight from Australia to Vegas, where we were supposed to meet up. "It's a small world," as Marta, the HR of our company who I mentioned hosted their wedding, accurately noted in the comments on one of my posts about Vegas. After discussing plans for the coming days, we decided that we could go to Cirque du Soleil together. Yes, imagine that! I've dreamed of going there since I was a child, and they were just planning to go to one of the shows, or rather, they had already bought tickets. If I'm not mistaken, there are 10 or 12 different shows presented by the Circus here, each in a different hotel. That is, there is already a ready-made venue with all the installations specifically for that show. And they are all different: Michael Jackson themed, Beatles, Mystere, etc. You can check tickets for any show here: Vegas Shows. My ticket for section B (which is quite close to the stage) cost about 140 dollars, but for some reason, there was a $41.50 discount for our Mystere show, so it cost $100.18. On the day before the show (or rather, on my second day in Vegas), we met with Kelsey and Matt to pick up the tickets for one of the shows they were attending together, and then to pick up our tickets. Unfortunately, we couldn't sit together, but because of that, I ended up sitting even closer :) On the day after the aquarium, I headed straight to them. They showed me a very interesting place that, I must admit, I didn't know about before. Well, generally, I think many have heard of Ghirardelli chocolate, and there are shops there packed with all kinds of chocolates of this brand, as well as shakes, ice cream, etc.: Ghirardelli Las Vegas. An amazing place, considering it's quite hot in Vegas. Just right for this weather. By the way, there are other interesting hotels nearby. For example, here is the Venetian: From there, we headed to the Treasure Island hotel, where the Mystere performance was taking place. This, by the way, is one of the most popular Cirque shows, and it was directed by Franco Dragone, who might be known in the CIS now for having recently directed Philip Kirkorov's show "Ya". (I also saw this show, by the way. And it is also gorgeous. You can see that Dragone is a genius.) If we talk directly about the show: Enchantment, magic, emotions! It's just impossible to

Orlando, FL

After receiving my last paycheck, packing my bags, and saying a difficult goodbye to everyone I was close to, I left. It is very, very hard to leave a place where you are happy and loved. Tip: Buy tickets in advance! Tickets are cheaper on Wednesdays than on other days. The first city I decided to visit according to my plan was Orlando for one simple reason: the Harry Potter park! Arriving at the Greyhound bus terminal and checking my hotel location on Google Maps again (because I booked in advance, the room cost me $28 per night), I headed into the city. Tip: Greyhound bus terminals have outlets, Wi-Fi, restrooms, water fountains, luggage storage, and benches. They are open 24/7, so if you have nowhere to go before your next trip or nowhere to go at all, you know where you can stay. In general, a traveler always has a choice: take a taxi, saving time but spending money; or spend time searching for and waiting for buses, but getting there for $1.25-2.50. No matter how attractive the taxi option looks, I recommend using buses, as you will see a lot of unusual and amazing things. After reaching the hotel and washing up, I went to look for a supermarket. A nasty surprise awaited me here: it turns out there are no Walmarts in big cities. Some say it kills other grocery chains, others say Walmart takes up too much space; in short, I was left without my favorite snacks and ate at Wendy's. Fortunately, I had a supply of bananas and apples in my bag from South Carolina. Disney or Universal Studios? For me, the answer was obvious! Arguments? Disneyland costs $200+, while a ticket to both Universal parks is $145. In Disneyland, the rides are for kids and not scary; at Universal, you will scream like crazy. It took a long time to get to Disneyland, while Universal was right nearby, a 20-30 minute walk. And yes, Disneyland didn't have the 2 Harry Potter parks (Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade), a Marvel theme park, and huge, cool roller coasters. Tip: The vast majority of hotels in Orlando provide shuttle buses to Universal Studios, Disneyland, and the Orlando Aquatic Center completely free of charge. This usually happens at 9, 10, and 11 a.m. If you could store happiness in jars, I would have made a huge supply that day. King's Cross Station, Diagon Alley, Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, Quidditch supplies, Ollivanders wands, scarves, sweaters and ties of all houses, a huge chocolate frog and a pack of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans, the dragon on the roof of Gringotts Bank breathing fire every 15 minutes, the Hogwarts Express (which I rode 3 or 4 times), Hogsmeade, butterbeer, a mediocre lunch at the Three Broomsticks, the Hog's Head pub, owl post, incredible rides simulating dragons, amazing and realistic sets inside Hogwarts, endless souvenirs, atmospheric surroundings and decorations, and Hogwarts itself, after all! If you understand what I mean, you can easily imagine my state of mind at that time. You can ride any attraction as many times as you want; all that is required is to wait in line. I was lucky; there was a little rain that day, so there weren't many people, and I was able to ride, take pictures, and walk around the park to my heart's content. I wish the same to everyone who comes to this magical city! In the park, I accidentally met 4 people from Kazan who also came here 7 years ago through the Work and Travel program! And in the evening at the hotel, I met two girls from Novgorod, whom I would later meet in Washington! After chatting and making friends with the receptionist, I found out that his brother lives in Miami. I immediately told him about my future plans and my desire to go to that city and asked if I could stay with his brother. To which I received a positive answer and an offer to drive me to the bus station. Did I ever mention that I'm lucky?)

About the Pacific Ocean =)

In Hawaii, it's customary to spend most of your free time by the ocean. It really is stunning there, just like in the movies—clean, with white sand and huge waves. I haven't tried surfing (I'm not a great swimmer), but I really loved bodyboarding. It's a gentler option =) You have a wide, short board, you have the wave, and you have yourself)) You lie down, swim toward the wave, turn around right before it hits, and it catches you and carries you for a while))) It feels like you're flying =) it's just awesome... it's also great to swim at sunset... honestly, it's just amazing there... you have to feel it. One of the most awesome beaches is Sandy Beach. I was there once, Lesha showed it to me. There are always huge waves there that cover you completely... and then, when they recede, you still don't have time to stand up because they drag you back into the ocean... and then they cover you again and toss you against the bottom... you can get tossed around like that for 5 minutes until you start choking))) I came out all scratched up a couple of times and thought I'd never go into the water again... but then I went back in anyway because the feeling is awesome!)) By the way, I should also thank Lesha for getting me hooked on Subway sandwiches... yummy =) There is one more place I have to mention. It's Hanauma Bay. Ulyana and I went there to snorkel on one of my last days on the island. The lagoon formed in the crater of an extinct volcano, and a bunch of fish, turtles, and sea creatures have made their home in the reefs... the whole bottom is reefs—rough, sharp, with hundreds of sea urchins. Walking on them is strictly forbidden, but you can look through a mask at the fish you can barely touch... But the biggest stroke of luck is meeting a Galapagos turtle. Ulyana found it first... it was a huge monster that I couldn't even wrap both hands around... we swam with it for about 10 minutes... Unfortunately, we didn't have an underwater camera with us, so I'll post photos from the Hanauma Bay website... For those who are really interested, there are 2 more places related to the ocean in one way or another... There's the Honolulu Aquarium (right across from the zoo and next to the beach) and the large Sea Life Park. I haven't been to either, but people say they're great =)))

Boston, Massachusetts

If you are passing through Boston and don't have much time to see everything, it makes sense to take a Duck tour. It's a city tour on a bus that can also swim, which it does with pleasure along the canal. The route starts at the Museum of Science. You can also buy a ticket there to visit five major Boston attractions: Prudential Tower, Museum of Science, Museum of Fine Arts, Aquarium, and JFK Library. It costs around $40, which is about twice as cheap as buying tickets separately. We walked around Boston a lot and covered almost the entire city; it's small—about 600,000 residents excluding the suburbs, and a third of them are students. It's very easy to navigate—you can see two skyscrapers from almost anywhere: Prudential and Hancock's. You can determine your location by their position, like stars. Hancock's is taller, but tourists aren't allowed up. However, you can go up to the observation deck at Prudential and listen to an audio tour of Boston. It's very beautiful. There is also a restaurant one floor up. You must visit Quincy Market (not to be confused with the town of Quincy). You will definitely be able to see some street show or listen to street musicians there. There are many souvenir shops and places where you can eat well. But I would advise eating in the Italian district, a stone's throw from Quincy Market. You need to walk to the streets that are parallel to the one leading to North Station but are closer to the outskirts of the city. There are many cheap, pleasant restaurants there. Once, I accidentally ended up there during a festival when I was wandering around aimlessly after missing my train—St. Agripina's Day, I think. It was very fun, with a good concert and general merriment. Italians love to throw parties -) I also saw one in Gloucester—St. Peter's Fiesta. It is held annually in late June and lasts for several days. It's worth visiting this small town just for it. As for famous educational institutions, we visited MIT and Harvard. They didn't leave much of an impression. I remember that people were playing American football on the lawn in front of the main entrance to MIT. In Boston, you can also go boating to watch the sunset and whales. I kept putting it off until the last minute and never made it. These routes start from the Quincy Market area, for example. About sports. I was lucky—that year, the Boston Celtics won the NBA championship for the first time in decades. The victory was met with universal jubilation. An acquaintance told me that he was kicked out of his apartment because of it. They were watching the finals loudly, the neighbors called the landlady, the landlady asked them to be quieter, to which they replied, "The Celtics might become champions for the first time in 20 years and you're asking me to be quiet?" For me, hockey was the most interesting, but unfortunately, there are no matches in the summer, so I didn't get to see the Boston Bruins. As for playing sports yourself, there are no problems at all. There are plenty of open courts of all kinds. I love tennis—there are plenty of courts and nets everywhere, we played with pleasure. For Americans, baseball is undoubtedly in first place. You can see a bunch of people on the street wearing Boston Red Sox jerseys. I once asked, "Tell me at least the rules of baseball. I'm not trying to understand why you love it." "The rule is very simple—you have to hate the New York Yankees." At the time, the Museum of Science had a traveling exhibition dedicated to baseball. It was about history and various things where you could measure the speed of your throw and test your reaction speed against a ball from a cannon flying at the average speed of a professional pitch. Even though I explain the interest in baseball as madness, I must admit that they throw the ball at a crazy speed. By the way, the Museum of Science is an interesting place in general. If you have time, I advise you to go there, and more than once. There are a bunch of interactive exhib
